Site specific installation: The Tree Museum. Gravenhust, Ontario
Materials: Sheet neoprene rubber around juniper bush

Companion piece to The Juniper Tree

The Juniper is a symbol of rejuvenation in fairy tales. Walking around the installation one can read the handwritten text cut into a black rubber ring encircling an isolated Juniper bush. The text is based upon a conversation with a local farmer as well as personal memories of Muskoka.
